Thanks to the John Bissett and Fiona Gainsford, the club has been successful in applying for a grant to have Red Cross install a Defibrillator in the lodge.
Installed in a cabinet by the wood pile, the unit can provide voice prompts to guide the user through the process of defibrillation and it will also advise the user regarding the speed and depth of their CPR compressions.
Hoping we don’t need to use it but a great piece of kit to have!
