The Australian Snowy Mountains

Arlberg Lodge is located in Charlotte Pass Village, New South Wales, Australia in the heart of the Snowy Mountains.  The village is snowbound during the winter, when the road to Charlotte Pass Village is closed at Perisher Valley. Oversnow vehicles bring guests along the 45 minute journey through the snow from Perisher Valley up to our lodge.

In winter

Most guests leave their vehicles at Bullocks Flat Ski Tube terminal overnight carpark, located 20 minutes from Jindabyne NSW. Then they catch the Ski Tube to Perisher Valley Terminal. From Perisher Valley Terminal they catch Oversnow transport to Arlberg Lodge.

Oversnow transport  must be prebooked online.  Charlotte Pass Snow Resort offer ‘Resort Packages‘ which include oversnow tickets and lift passes. Arlberg guests are kindly asked to check in after 2pm, especially on Sundays. If you wish to check in earlier on another day of the week please contact our booking officer.

Skitube services have luggage restrictions on peak hour services, so do check their timetable.

In Summer

Charlotte Pass village is a 20 minute drive along the Kosciuszko Road from Perisher.  In the event of snow, road conditions can be monitored at the LiveTraffic NSW website, or by phoning Traffic NSW on 132 701. Parking is available near the lodge.
